The rooms rates are broken down by type of room and occupancy. The occupancy rates refers to the adults staying in the room. 0-4 year olds are free, 5-11 year olds are $65, and 12-17 year olds are $95 per night.

If you have to cancel your stay, all cancellations that occur within 45 days of the stay will incur a charge for two nights with tax that you will be expected to pay.

The resort is about a 10 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport.

Taxis are readily available at the airport and are easier to get but are a bit more expensive than an Uber. If you choose to take an Uber, you will need to walk across the pedestrian bridge away from the airport in order to be picked up. The pedestrian bridge can be found by walking out of the airport, turning left, and walking until you reach the end of the building. Ubers will not come into the airport.

The Puerto Vallarta airport is very busy. When you are exiting the airport there will be a section where they offer drinks and deals on excursions. DO NOT STOP WALKING unless you want to get sucked into a time share presentation. Believe us when we say, JUST KEEP WALKING. When you walk out, there will be people yelling to get you to take a taxi with their taxi company, it feels like a lot but they are legit if you choose to take a taxi over an Uber.

There are multiple restaurants throughout the resort, including but not limited to burgers, fish tacos, ice cream, and a Japanese restaurant that are included in the all-inclusive package. There are multiple bars throughout and you can order drinks and food while laying by the pool. The all-inclusive amenities are available until 11pm each night.

The Westin Playa Vallarta provided filtered water dispensers on each floor of the hotel, by the elevators. (We tested it out, it's safe.) So feel free to travel with your own water bottle!
